The secrets of the heart 💜
Let's look at your fourth neural center,
Today we've reached a transition point on our journey through the neural centers.
We've already seen the neural centers 1-3, find the past 3 on my blog here, which are connected to our physical body, grounding us in this space and time.
Now we're moving on to 4-7, and this is where we start to open up the concept of mind & consciousness.
The fourth neural center, the Heart Plexus, is the transition between the two, where our divinity meets our humanity.
It governs the heart and circulatory system, the lungs, the upper torso, your skin and the thymus gland, which is vital for your immune system and white cell production.
Self-love and self-acceptance grow from the Heart Plexus.
And we can only love and accept other people as much as we love and accept ourselves. That's why the Heart Plexus is so important in how you interact with the world and experience everyone around you.
Cultivating coherence in this neural center means that not only do you cultivate self-love, but you actually exude love for others, seeing the beauty and perfection in who they are.
Plus, this neural center is more powerful than you think.
Your Heart Plexus has been scientifically proven to have 15 times the vibrational frequency of the brain!
That's why when people talk about positive thinking or affirmations that only work on the level of the brain, it might work for some people, sometimes.
But if you don't cultivate heart coherence, you're missing out on the potential that is 15 times more powerful than your thoughts.
And that can really create a massive difference in your life.
Until you open up your heart, your finite human self will not be open to the infinite, divine self, to that version of you that you hold deep down inside and that is everything you can become.
❌ Incoherence in this neural center shows up as fear, living in fight or flight, or seeing the world through the perceptual lens of betrayal. Patterns here can show up as melancholy, feeling sad without actually knowing why, and loneliness.
And as it governs the heart, incoherence can manifest on a physical level as cardiovascular disease, as well as the inability to receive and perceive love.
✅ But when you bring coherence here, you feel unconditional love for yourself and others. You feel compassion, experience intimacy, cultivate conscious relations to yourself and others, and are open to the possibilities of your infinite self. Your confidence increases, you become more patient, and you develop a deep trust that everything is going to work out for your highest good.
The universe is so abundant, and you fully live in the abundance of this universe.
We saw last week that your third neural center governs your sense of self, and now that your fourth neural center governs how you see yourself in the world and everyone else in it.
And that's a pretty powerful combination.
💡 TIP: Here's a simple exercise you can start now to bring more coherence into your heart:
Place your hands over your heart and take long, slow breaths, making your exhale longer than your inhale by a few counts. Close your eyes, and imagine filling your heart like a balloon with breath and gently expending it out into the world around you as you exhale.
With every sense in your body, add in experiencing a high vibrational state (love, gratitude, enthusiasm, inspiration) in conjunction with your breath. Breath in that feeling into your heart, into your balloon. 10x that feeling, that emotion, as strong as if you were living it and feeling it right now. Effortlessly grow your balloon, and allow it to encompass you, then those around you, then your whole town, and even the globe. Connecting to your breath and your heart, place your hands over your heart, place a smile on your face, and release the visualization. Return to the room when you are ready.
You may finish by bringing some gratitude into your heart space for your beautiful brilliant mind, your resilient body, and your warm heart.
Notice how you feel.
Next week we'll continue moving toward the throat to look at the fifth neural center.
