We will facilitate coherence in your heart, body, and mind through movement, breath, healing touch (with consent), introspection, and guided meditation. 

This monthly offering will align you with the wisdom and vitality already resides within you. In person guests will receive a hand crafted flower essence to take home and continue steeping in the coherence created, online attendants have the option to opt in to receive the flower essence.
